It depends on how many people live in the home, how much of the day the home is in use, and how much cleaning you want to keep doing yourself between visits.

We offer three recurring plans: weekly, every other week and monthly. This guide matches each one to the kind of household it tends to suit, with the starting price for each, so you can pick a rhythm that fits.

What every plan visit includes

All three plans follow the same written checklist. The visit is the same whichever plan you choose. Only the gap between visits changes.

Weekly: from $159 a visit

Weekly cleaning suits homes that are used hard every day.

For a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, the weekly plan starts from $159 a visit. It has the lowest price per visit of the three plans, and the most visits.

Every other week: from $189 a visit

Every other week is the middle option, and it suits households that can keep things tidy for two weeks but do not want to do the heavy work themselves.

• Couples and small families
  • A quick wipe of the kitchen between visits is usually all that is needed
• Households where the adults are out at work most of the day
  • The home gets less wear during the week
• People who want bathrooms and floors done properly on a regular rhythm
  • Two weeks is short enough that buildup does not get ahead of you

Monthly: from $219 a visit

Monthly cleaning suits homes that stay fairly clean on their own, where the goal is a regular reset.

• One or two people in the home
  • Less daily mess to begin with
• People who are happy to do light cleaning themselves in between
  • The monthly visit handles the full top-to-bottom clean
• Homes with rooms that are not used much
  • Guest rooms and formal rooms need less frequent attention

For a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, the monthly plan starts from $219 a visit. A month is a long gap, so expect to wipe counters, clean the bathroom and vacuum at least once or twice yourself between visits.

Three questions to help you choose

If you are still unsure, answer these honestly:

• How long does the home stay looking clean after a full clean?
  • A few days points to weekly. A couple of weeks points to every other week. Longer points to monthly.
• How much cleaning are you willing to do between visits?
  • None points to weekly. Some points to every other week or monthly.
• Which rooms bother you most?
  • If it is the kitchen and bathrooms, a shorter gap helps most, because those rooms are used every day.

You are not locked into your first choice of rhythm. If the plan you pick turns out to be too often or not often enough, call us and ask about changing it.

Adding extras to a plan visit

Plan visits follow the Standard checklist, so the detailed extras are not part of the regular visit. You can add them when you need them:

Some people add one extra every few visits, such as the oven before the holidays. Ask for it when you request your quote, so the price you see matches the work you expect.

How the price is set

The starting prices above are for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Your own price is based on your home, and you get it before you book. Plans are billed per visit, with no long-term contract.

Most homes start with a Deep clean, from $349 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, so that the first plan visit begins from a clean baseline. Plan pricing begins on the second visit. A Deep clean already includes the inside of the oven, the inside of the refrigerator and the baseboards.
