A Deep Clean already includes inside the oven, inside the refrigerator and baseboards. A Move In / Move Out clean includes those plus inside cabinets and drawers. Addresses outside our six cities, up to about 30 minutes beyond, have a $50 travel fee. Homes that need extra time because of heavy buildup may have an extra-dirty surcharge from $60, agreed with you before any work starts.

We price by room. Your estimate counts the rooms you tell us about: bedrooms, full and half bathrooms, the kitchen, living or family rooms, and other rooms such as a dining room, office or bonus room. The service you choose (Standard, Deep, Move In / Move Out or a recurring plan) sets the level of detail. Add-ons are optional and each has its own price. The quote form shows an itemized estimate as you fill it in, and we confirm the final price with you before booking.
