We price by room. Your estimate counts the rooms you tell us about: bedrooms, full and half bathrooms, the kitchen, living or family rooms, and other rooms such as a dining room, office or bonus room. The service you choose (Standard, Deep, Move In / Move Out or a recurring plan) sets the level of detail. Add-ons are optional and each has its own price. The quote form shows an itemized estimate as you fill it in, and we confirm the final price with you before booking.

Common add-ons are inside the oven ($40), inside the refrigerator ($40), inside the freezer ($20), inside cabinets and drawers ($50), a sink load of dishes ($20), bed linen changes ($15 per bed), laundry ($25 per load), interior window glass ($6 per window), hand-wiped blinds ($8 per blind), hand-wiped baseboards ($35), wall spot cleaning ($35), pet hair treatment ($35), a finished basement ($50), a garage sweep ($40) and a patio or porch sweep ($30). A Deep Clean already includes the oven, refrigerator and baseboards, and a Move In / Move Out clean also includes inside cabinets. Homes that need extra time because of heavy buildup may have an extra-dirty surcharge from $60, which we agree with you before any work starts.

We currently serve Canton, Woodstock, Holly Springs, Alpharetta, Roswell and Marietta, plus nearby parts of Cherokee, Fulton and Cobb counties. If you are close by, request a quote and we will confirm. Addresses outside our six cities, up to about 30 minutes beyond, have a $50 travel fee, shown in your estimate.

Your home is cleaned by an independent cleaning professional from the Luxury Mop Squad network. Every cleaner is interviewed and completes a paid trial clean against our checklist before taking client jobs.

No. Many clients provide a door code or leave a key. Just include access instructions when you book.

Yes. Cleaners bring their own supplies and equipment. If you prefer specific products, leave them out and add a note to your booking.

Tell us within 24 hours and we will send a cleaner back to re-clean the areas you are not happy with, at no charge.

You pay by card through a secure payment link once your booking is confirmed. There is no cash handling with the cleaner.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations may be charged a fee because your cleaner has reserved that time.

Yes. Let us know about pets when you book, and whether they should be kept in a separate room during the clean.

Yes. Our Move In / Move Out clean is designed for turnovers, and we send photos after each clean.

Yes. For a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, weekly visits are from $159, every-other-week visits from $189 and monthly visits from $219. Larger homes are priced by room count using the quote form. Most homes begin with a Deep Clean, and plan pricing starts from the second visit. You are billed per visit, there is no long-term contract, and you can skip, pause or cancel with at least 24 hours' notice.

A Standard Clean, from $199 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, is the regular top-to-bottom visit. A Deep Clean, from $349, already includes the inside of the oven, the inside of the refrigerator and the baseboards, which are paid add-ons on a Standard Clean. Both follow a written checklist, and you get photos when the job is finished.

Every Luxury Mop Squad job follows a written checklist, so what gets cleaned is set out in advance instead of left to chance. Extras such as inside the oven, refrigerator, cabinets, interior windows, blinds and baseboards are priced as add-ons. A Deep Clean already includes oven, refrigerator and baseboards, and a Move In / Move Out clean also includes cabinets.

We send photos at the end of every job, so you can see the finished rooms from wherever you are. Each cleaning follows a written checklist, so the work is not left to memory. If the photos or the house show something was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean it.

On recurring plans (weekly, every other week or monthly) we send the same cleaner whenever possible. When a different cleaner does come, they work from the same written checklist and send photos at the end, so the standard of the visit does not depend on who is on the schedule that day.
